Thanks were given to Steve Halton, Geoff Lambert and Suzanne Yates as they stepped down as members of the executive committee and welcomed Mary Walsh and new treasurer Chris Hall. Special thanks were also given to Alan Apling who has stepped down as the long-standing treasurer of CPRE Bedfordshire but remains as a member of the executive committee.

The AGM was followed by a public meeting - the Bedfordshire local plans forum - and concluded with a walk in neighbouring Ampthill Great Park, with fantastic views of Bedfordshire from the greensands ridge. Thank you to Steve Halton, Sheila Meekums and Gary Quilter for the interesting tour of the natural and historical aspects this beautiful park.
