The plan identifies where different land uses are located within the North of Luton Strategic Land allocation, and CPRE Bedfordshire has responded to its recent consultation.
CPRE Bedfordshire considers the Framework Plan premature as Central Bedfordshire’s Development Strategy - which is the reasonable basis for the Luton North Strategic Land Allocation and the loss of its Green Belt designation - has not yet been examined and approved by a Planning Inspector.
